No! We customize each site. You’ll get a unique, customized design based around your content and your aesthetic preferences.

How long does the whole process take from signup to site launch?2017-04-04T16:20:15+00:00

The timeline depends mostly on how quickly you can gather and submit all your site content. From the time you submit all your info and we actually start the design and build, we can launch in as little as 2 weeks. If the design is more complex or you have more than the average amount of content, it may take 3-4 weeks. But normally it takes us 2-3 weeks to design and build once we have all your content.

Yes! Our world-class web host is very serious about security and has huge resources behind keeping your site safe and secure.

If you’d like, we can add an SSL certificate to your site at no extra cost to you. This means users will see https://yourdomain.com and will see a lock icon in their browser. This encrypts all data going to and from your site.

 

Do you handle copywriting, photography, logo design, etc?2017-04-24T19:49:32+00:00

This process is a team effort between us and you. One reason we can offer our web design services at such an affordable cost is that all content (logos, text, photos, custom graphics, infographics, file downloads, etc) are all provided by you. We can refer you to graphic designers and copywriters if you need help with logo, infographics, etc.

One exception is that we have a library of more than 1,000 quality stock photos that you can choose from and use in your site and no additional cost. Professional photos can really help to make a website look amazing, and we’re happy to be able to provide this resource to you at no additional cost.

Yes! We have an amazing library of high-quality stock photos that you can choose from to use on your site. If you don’t have your own photos and need some beautiful photography to make your site even more amazing, you can use any of the images in our library. If you don’t have the time to choose photos from our library, we will select them and get your approval.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my monthly plan?2016-11-15T00:52:27+00:00

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your monthly plan at any time. You can wait until the end of your billing cycle to make the change, and pay the new amount at the start of the next cycle. Or, if you need to change in the middle of your billing cycle, you will be billed or credited the pro-rated difference in the fees.

There is no long term commitment. You pay on a month-to-month basis, and can cancel at any time. If you cancel, your site will remain live until the end of your billing period, unless you’d like us to take it down immediately.

If I cancel my plan, can I take my site with me?2017-01-11T18:22:21+00:00

Yes, of course! Some web designers or DIY options don’t allow you to take your website if you cancel. If you decide to cancel after we launch your site, you’ll get the full site files.

It depends what you want, and it’s something we’ll talk about on our initial call, before you pay for anything. Many elements can be included in your site, like a Facebook Page Plugin, your Twitter feed and much more. See the section on the homepage that describes all the goodies you can get, included in all plans.

If you need something special that requires custom coding, that can be done for a separate fee that we can discuss on the initial phone call.

If you need custom graphics like a new logo, infographics or any other custom designed graphics, we can refer you to one of our trusted, affordable graphic design partners.

Yes, of course! Our standard pricing for extra page design will apply: $250 for design, review, tweaks and launch. There is also an additional fee of $25 per month if you’re on the Premium Plan.

We accept online credit card payments only. For your monthly hosting charge, your card will be billed automatically each month on the first day of your billing cycle.
